PROCEDURE FOR STABILIZATION ACTIONS IN POPULATED POINTS CLOSE TO THE DEMISTRATION LINE

Introduction. In the context of the ongoing military conflict, ensuring the security and stability of border settlements requires a comprehensive and systematic approach to stabilization efforts. The current challenges of hybrid warfare and dynamic changes on the front line pose significant risks to civilians and infrastructure in these vulnerable areas. This is especially true in the current situation for Ukraine, even more so after the start of the full-scale invasion on February 24, 2022. Purpose. The purpose of the article is to explore the basis for stabilization actions in settlements near the contact line, focusing on ensuring the safety of civilians, maintaining the functionality of critical infrastructure, and minimizing potential risks during a possible escalation of the conflict.
