Abstract
BIM (Building lnformation Modeling), as an evolution of traditional design-oriented software programs, constitutes the new paradigm in the management and development of projects in the architecture, engineering and construction industry which, as a concept, orders people, processes and tools centralizing around a parametric and digital model.
