Security parameters proposal for decoding digital television SBTVD-T (brazilian system of digital terrestrial television)

The digital television standard to be implemented in Bolivia is called SBTVD-T (Brazilian standard based on the Japanese standard ISDB-T with improvements). When migrating to the established standard, there will be quality improvements, however, it requires security to multimedia data (audio and video) that has a speci­ fic recipient. This document covers the study, cierno and proposal encoding parameters to consider a system that will pro­ vide the required security among the multiplexing of video/audio MPEG-2 and MPEG-2 multiplexing trames.
