Abstract
The article reveals the legal conflicts of the implementation of Industry 4.0 in the context of the development of the post-war pro-European service in Ukraine. The problems of transformation and adaptation of national legislation and economy to European requirements and standards are revealed. The issue is considered during the war period with a strategic view of the post-war development of the Ukrainian state. It was established that the adaptation of the legislation should take place at certain stages, taking into account the regional and branch characteristics of the organization and is a separate stage of legal integration and a manifestation of the dialogue of legal cultures. Possible organizational mechanisms for solving these problems are proposed.
