Abstract
The object of the study is the status, segment analysis, dynamics, and prospects of the global bioengineering software market. The analysis and systematization of literature data made it possible to summarize the results of research in the field of bioengineering software and subsequently take a reasonable approach to the development of the domestic branch of bioengineering and to provide ways of integration of domestic science and engineering into the European and world space. For marketing analysis, the method of searching for literature data and the method of analysis were used. The main trends, volumes, pace, and factors of growth of the bioengineering software market, as well as some restrictions on its application are presented. It is envisaged that new trends and achievements in the field of biotechnology and bioengineering will be: synthetic biology; advanced methods of DNA sequencing; bioprinting; advanced biomaterials; and precision medicine. The prospective opportunities for the global bioengineering software market are the growing amount of medical data and achievements in precision medicine. The analysis of the software market is carried out in the following segments: software deployment technologies, end consumers, geographical regions, products, and use. The impact of the Covid-19 on the market is shown. The potential demand and volume of markets in different countries of the world is determined; dynamics and competition in the world market are monitored. The state is summarized and the trends of further development of bioengineering software are indicated.
