The governance of organizations has for the past decade, profoundly questioned and challenged. Numerous studies and reforms around the world, helped to overhaul the "corporate governance" including large enterprises. Political governance is also strongly questioned and reformed. This movement also affects sports organizations (International Olympic Committee, sports federations, professional clubs ...) that sometimes had to face serious crises of ethical abuses (corruption, doping, cheating ...).
