Abstract
The main physical and chemical factors accompanying the bioliquid drop drying process on plane surface are shown, their contribution into dehydrating and effect on the dry film structure derived are discussed. Percolation theory applying for dehydrating process description is analyzed. Bioliquid self-structuring process from a perspective of sol-to-gel transition is discussed. The main structures features of a facie are specified.
