Modern Project Management and Change Management Tools for the Successful Implementation of Sustainable Development Projects and Programs in the Industrial Complex of Ukraine

The aim of the article is to explore the possibilities of applying modern project management and change management tools for the successful implementation of sustainable development projects and programs in the industrial complex amidst the war and post-war recovery of Ukraine's economy. The article is dedicated to the study of opportunities for using contemporary project management and change management instruments for the effective realization of sustainable development projects and programs within the industrial sector of Ukraine under the conditions of war and the post-war economic restoration. The relevance of the research is driven by the increasing global attention to the principles of sustainable development and the urgent need for profound transformations in Ukrainian industry for its recovery, attracting investments, and integration into the global sustainable economic processes. The article substantiates that effective management of sustainable development projects in industry requires not only traditional planning and control but also flexible responses to changes and active engagement of stakeholders.
