Abstract
The causes of breakdowns of electric drive for lifting the dam’s shutter, taking into account the longitudinal deformations of the hoisting ropes are analyzed. The mathematical model of a mechanical part of the electric drive of the dam’s shutter taking into account the gaps in the gears is developed. The laboratory complex for studying the modes of operating the dam’s shutter with using the modern equipment of automation is presented.
