Abstract

It is shown that the existing water supply and sanitation in Ukraine are characterized by high accident rate and low efficiency , and the means used hydroprotection pumping systems do not meet the requirements of technological relia-bility. To exclude high dynamic loads in pumping complexes proposed electromechanical system of dynamic loads re-duction basis on the frequency-controlled electric shut-off control valves with redundant power supply. The technique of evaluation of technical and economic performance of the pump complex electromechanical system of dynamic loads reduction in the network is using the apparatus of linear neural networks. It is found that the technical and economic effectiveness of introducing such a system is based on limiting the growth of the number of accidents in the areas of pipeline network and reducing material costs to perform rescue and recovery operations.
