Abstract
In the paper are described results of working cycle researches for the bridge crane of the pouring bay steel-melting shop № 1 of the "Novokramatorsk mechanical plant". Characterized important from the standpoint of thermal processes works of electric motors metallurgical shops. Ambient temperature in the steel-melting shop varies widely (17 to
62 °С in the case under consideration at the height of the bridge crane) and determined by the location of the crane with respect to heat sources. During the technological process crane moves along the pouring bay, in this regard, the temperature of air near the motor varies in a complicated law. Duty cycle involves crane motors working at reduced rotation speeds, which leads to an additional reduction of the heat dissipation conditions. Highlighted the heaviest duty cycle, described in detail duty cycle the bridge drives, truck drive, the main and auxiliary hoists. The results of research will be used to evaluate the dynamics of the thermal state of the motors of crane electric drives of metallurgical shops.
