Abstract
The analysis of the technological equipment pipe manufacturing of composite materials based on the method of winding. The main features of industrial equipment affecting the quality of the finished product. A mathematical description of the process equipment in the manufacture of pipes with specified geometrical parameters. Developed a basic algorithm for controlling the operation of the mechanisms of rotation of the mandrel and the blocks movement of the composite tape. Created additional algorithm corrections technologically setpoint dwell on the edges of the blocks of the mandrel at a constant all the other parameters, which can reduce the need for machining of the final stage. According to the results of previous studies provided a structural diagram of a device for setting the operating mode of interrelated VFD mandrel and the blocks that will improve the quality of finished products, to reduce energy consumption at its manufacturing and expand product range pipes.
