PARAMETERS ESTIMATION OF INDUCTION MOTOR EQUIVALENT CIRCUIT USING ASYMMETRICAL STATOR SUPPLY

Abstract
The objective of the paper is to get the substantiation of carrying out the identification procedure of induction motor equivalent circuit parameters when the rotor is stationary. Мethods for describing of electromagnetic processes known from the theory of electrical machines are used. Expressions are obtained that allow to determine the parameters of the induction motor equivalent circuit and use as an input the experimental data of AC and DC asymmetric supply of stator. Full and simplified systems of equations for parameter identification are given. It is shown that estimation based on a simplified system of equations at low frequencies is not acceptable. Proposed ex-pressions can serve as a basis for the development of algorithms and software for microprocessor systems of AC drives with induction motors for the identification of equivalent circuit parameters.
