Abstract
The study is devoted to the analysis of philosophical and worldview views of the Bulgarian scientist and thinker Georgi Gachev. The paper reveals the content and essence of the concept of studying ethno-cultures, concluded in the creative giftedness of the people inhabiting this or that geographical region, identical to the cultural landscape. The purpose of the article is to consider the concepts of cultural diversity, Cosmo-Psycho-Logos, and the idea of knowledge originally embedded in the surrounding space of Georgiy Gachev. Special attention is paid to the scientist’s thinking, his approach to philosophy, religion, science, as well as the influence of his work on various fields of knowledge. The method of research of the cultural scientist of the present day expanded the understanding of the meaning of scientific cognition, formed his own slender, creative system of philosophizing. The paper is of interest not only for specialists in philosophy, but also for a wide range of readers interested in the problems of the meaning of life and human existence.
