Abstract
In the work lead is analysis of necessity an estimation of power processes in system a contact alternating current main ? a traction complex of electric locomotive. Based on the analysis of power supply issues and the specific unit converting synthesized model which is based on traction electrotechnical complex of cart section electric locomotive VL80r. Model realizes a dispersal and braking action the engine an electric locomotive with zone a pulse potential regu-lation section of the power converter in AC?DC and DC?AC modes accordingly. In addition into model it is entered a subsystem of a contact network with variables on a way an electric locomotive parameters of active and inductances. It is allows to explore the qualitative and quantitative measures of transmission electricity mode on link: traction substation, contact network, electric cart. Based on the results of the study identified the need to use a filter-compensating device to reduce the harmonic content and improve the overall power factor.
