Abstract
An information window has been developed to determine the delay time of information in two directions of transmission via ZLC1, ZLC2 (ZLC is a digital connecting line). ZLC is a multi-channel equipment and system PCM 30/32 (pulse-code modulation), which is designed to organize communication between automatic telephone exchange or municipal television networks.
