Abstract

Modern magnetic supports must be capable of long-term and stable operation at low and high speeds, have sufficient rigidity and load carrying capacity, not create braking forces, consuming a small amount of energy to be tech and inexpensive. The most complete solution to these problems is achieved by using electromagnetic suspension systems, based on the property of an electromagnet attracted to ferrromagnetic core, where the weight of the suspended body and acting on it forses is balanced by the efforts of the electromagnetic field. As a result of this balancing can be free, "soaring" (levitation) of suspended body without contact with the surrounding objects. One of the most difficult tasks when creating of these systems is to ensure their sustainability. To fend off the instability of the electromagnetic suspension is necessary to carry out dynamic regulation the electromagnetic field as a function of the working air gap between the electromagnet and the levitated body. To solve the problems of stability and dynamics of electromagnetic suspension the control theory methods are used with subsequent correction of the automatic control system. In the article identification of parameters and characteristics of a power electromagnet as element of electromechanical system of automatic control is carried out. The cause of structural instability of DC electromagnet and ways of its stabilization are shown. Possibility of ensuring stability and improvement of automatic regulation system quality is investigated. Questions of realization of applied tasks of the analysis and synthesis of magnetic suspension are considered. Use of the accelerometer as the sensor of the compensating feedback is proposed. The experimental results confirming this possibility.
