Abstract
As a result, the analytical review found that the unbalance exciters are the most common sources of vibration of the vibrating machines. A classification unbalance exciters on the main grounds is presented. Vibrational installation with two-shaft debalanced exciters to generate of vibrations directed action are examined. The main advantages and disadvantages of vibrating systems with unbalanced vibro-exciters operating in above resonance mode are defined and characterized. Research directions based on the phenomenon of self-locking electromechanical vibrating exciter: reducing vibratory of vibrating system during the passage of the resonance zone, maintaining multiple synchronous mode, synchronization unequal and asymmetrically placed unbalance vibrating exciters are identified. The trends in development of control systems of vibratory parameters of vibrating machines with debalanced exciter in the process are considered. Information about the mass-produced industrial electromechanical vibrators for various purposes are presented.
