Abstract
The authors offered the technology of improving the quality of training students for Electromechanics and Automation at the Technical University. The urgency of the problem is in need of comprehensive improve the quality of training. The technology is based on the hardware and software laboratory complexes ?simulators modeling objects which processes are identical to those in real physical objects. The application of virtual laboratory complexes is presented as the technology for gradually scientific growth of a student to student for Master Degree, engineer and scientist. The structure and characteristics of the possible directions of research are shown. Is examined the practical application of virtual complexes in learning in particular the organization of laboratory practical in learning of electrotechnical disciplines. Are indicated prospects of social and economic effects of the use of virtual complexes in the learning process
