Introduction. The article examines the specifics of legal regulation of economic activity in Ukrainian cities under martial law. The full-scale armed aggression of the Russian Federation has caused severe disruptions to the functioning of local economies, including infrastructure destruction, business relocation, blockade of foreign trade relations, loss of investment attractiveness, and workforce displacement.
