Abstract
The article presents a comprehensive legal study of international standards in the field of migrant workers' rights and the peculiarities of their implementation in Ukraine amid global transformations. It examines key international instruments that define the legal status of migrant workers, including ILO Conventions No. 97 and No. 143, as well as the European Convention on the Legal Status of Migrant Workers.
