Abstract
In modern conditions of legal globalization and digital transformations, the problem of socio-legal identification of a person and a citizen, which determines the integration of the individual into the system of legal norms and valuesof society, is of particular relevance. The study itself considers socio-legal identity not only as a normative phenomenon, but also as a dynamic process that is formed under the influence of legal socialization, communicative practices and personal experience of legal awareness.
