Abstract
The war has caused significant damage to Ukraine's potential. In the context of active globalization transformations, the state is losing resources, production capabilities, infrastructure, human resources, financial resources, and positions in global markets. At the same time, military events open up certain prospects, in particular in terms of diversifying foreign economic relations, finding new markets, strengthening cooperation with reliable partners, and reducing critical dependence on the aggressor state.
