Abstract
The process of land relations reform in Ukraine, which started in the 1990s, is aimed at creating a productive system of land asset management. Efforts are focused on liberalizing the land market, decentralizing land management, and integrating market instruments into the land use sector, which aims to ensure optimal use of land resources, their high productivity, and economic efficiency.
