Abstract

Public relations are extremely important for food industry enterprises. Although PR does not bring results as quickly as advertising, this tool has a gradual, soft and natural impact on the brand image and is of great strategic importance in marketing. It is important to form a brand identity in the eyes of consumers, as well as to establish positive relationships with all contact audiences.
