TOWARDS MODERNIZATION ELECTRIC GAS COMPRESSOR UNIT

JSC “Giprogazcenter” long-term experience on designing and implementation of energy-saving automated electric drive modern systems of main gas pipelines objects process installations is systematized. Features and operating modes of electric drives of gas-compressor units, gas air cooling units and auxiliary installations of compressor stations are considered. Results of realization of the most effective and high technology projects with application of new principles and algorithms of control of electric driven process units’ groups are presented. There offered perspective directions of superchargers electric drives improvement at modernization for increasing reliability and power efficiency of the gas main transport.
