SIMULTANEOUS CONTROL OF THREE-MASS VIBRATION DEVICE ELECTROMAGNETIC DRIVE AND THE DYNAMIC VIBRATION ABSORBER

Abstract
A structure of a system, which provides simultaneous control of three-mass vibration device electromagnetic drive amplitude and frequency, as well as the stiffness of dynamic vibration absorber mounted on the intermediate platform is proposed. A mathematical model describing the three-mass oscillatory system mechanics with electromechanical processes in the electromagnetic drive and the electromagnetic vibration absorber, and dynamic processes in the digital automatic control system of the vibration device has been developed. Numerical simulation of transient processes in proposed system is calculated and its dynamical properties are investigated.
