Abstract
It’s shown usage the 2nd Lyapunov method for the synthesis of optimal controls in the introduction. The features of this method is applied to the synthesis of electromechanical systems with irrational activation function. The urgency of the problem being solved is substantiated. In the common part normalization of the quadratic Lyapunov function are made by analyzing the relations between the coefficients of the Lyapunov function and the equations of the representative point’s motion of the optimal generalized electromechanical control systems of 3-rd order object. The final part summarizes the results obtained in the research work.
