Abstract
The features of the matrix converter control algorithms with an extended range of input reactive power control range have been considered. Torque ripples of the squirrel-cage induction motor with control from matrix converter with an extended range of input power factor regulation have been investigated. Analysis of algorithms has been performed and qualitative parameters of electromagnetic torque ripples have been obtained.
