Abstract
They are summarized in the article It has been determined that the main types of alliances can be divided into two categories: partnerships of non-competing firms and alliances of competing firms. Strategic alliances are a means for companies in the same industry, but located in different countries, to compete in the global market while maintaining their independence. It has been proven that the active use of positive experience in the formation of strategic alliances by domestic enterprises will make it possible to evaluate and improve particularities of defining strategic alliances.
