Abstract
ABSTRACT Infrared (IR) sensors can be used for object sensing and depends on the reflectance characteristics of object. Selection of best material handling equipment and use of IR Sensors can be used for object counting thereby increasing productivity and reducing operational costs. In this paper we have developed an object counting system comprising of Belt Conveyor and Sensing element.
