Abstract
Unbalance loads of electro-technological installations which has dynamic random character of change it cause un-balance voltages in three-phase network. This is negative impact on work of adjoining electrical customers. For these installations are provide for devices of dynamic reactive power compensation on the basis statical thyristor compensa-tors. The paper addressed issues improve the performance of dynamic reactive power compensation and balancing of customers loads. The mathematical models and algorithms for determining the parameters of unbalanced loads on the basis of the theory of instantaneous power are described. Also structural diagram of the device of dynamic reactive power compensation and balancing loads which has two loops control are described. This device are simulated in Sim-ulink enviroment. As a result simulate come to conclusion what time delay of device of dynamic reactive power com-pensation not over 60 ms.
