Abstract
The article presents the results of research into transformational processes in supply chain management in conditions of global turbulence, which is determined by growing uncertainty, accelerating technological change and the transition to a digital economy. It has been proven that traditional models of supply chain management, built on a linear principle, are becoming irrelevant and do not allow for an effective response to modern challenges. Among the key factors that exacerbate this mismatch are the unpredictability and volatility of demand, growing geopolitical instability, multiple crises, and significantly more complex consumer demands for transparency, speed, and personalisation of deliveries. It is emphasised that modern supply chain management cannot be viewed solely as an operational function, but is becoming a strategic tool for ensuring the sustainability and competitive advantages of enterprises in a global environment.
