Abstract
An electromechanical system of dynamic loads reduction in pump complex pipeline network is developed on the basis of gate valve variable-frequency electric drive in the multi-functional physical model hydrotransport complex. This eliminates harmful pressure increase in the system as quickly as possible when closing the valves. The curves of the changes in pressure and flow transients in uniform and non-uniform rate of closure of valves in the event of a power failure the pump unit are obtained. Experimentally proven to be an effective way of reducing the dynamic loads is the non-uniform rate of closure of pipeline valves. To specify a different rate and trajectory control valve closing uses special software developed in the graphical programming environment LabVIEW. The signals of pressure and flow in the pipe network, the voltage and current in the stator circuit of valve variable-frequency electric drive produced by the measuring module E14?440 and software LGRAPH2, developed by L?CARD.
