Abstract
The article is devoted to the research of dynamic modes of work of duol-engine drive of inclined diffusion machine, which is used for the extraction of juice from sugar-beet shavings and is part of the continued production of sugar. The screw of the machine is set in motion by two DC motors from their different ends, between which there is a considera-ble elastic communication that is a condition of emergence of oscillatory modes. Their reason are unequal loadings on shaft of engines that is a consequence of operational features of operation of the drive. Such modes were repeatedly observed in production and led to substantial damages that confirms relevance of this work. With the help of the devel-oped mathematical and simulation models, which describe the electromagnetic and electromechanical processes of the drive is set the main impact of the parameters of the system and the regime of on the dynamic properties of the system. In particular, the сonsiderable influence of elastic links between mechanical parts on the possibility of oscillatory processes. Defined areas of stability in terms of various parameters of the system and mode. The results obtained can be used to improve the dynamic properties of the drive and ensure reliable and high quality implementation of the technological process.
