Abstract

Vibrational playground with two-shaft unbalance exciters, applicable to production of concrete products for sealing concrete mixtures in the form. Marked the main disadvantages of using such vibroploschadok unregulated drives. To optimize the performance of vibrating platforms offered gap mechanical connection between the shafts of the drive motors and the use of controlled drive. We derive expressions for the driving force of the resulting two-shaft unbalance exciter using vector diagrams. To identify ways to control the parameters of vibrations Vibroplatform conducted research changes the maximum value of the amplitude and direction of the resultant driving force while rotating unbalance in one direction and with a constant difference of different initial phases and different.
