Social-psychological, organizational and psychological kinds of climate: structural and content analisis

Based on methodological analysis, in the article essentially distinguishes three kinds of climate, which with varying degrees of completeness informed in theoretical psychology (social-psychological, organizational, innovative-psychological) and determined their different psychological characteristics. In detail it is grounded the innovative-psychological climate that functioning in modular and developmental educational space and setting its basic parameters such as the impact, communication, polymotivation, Self-conception. Named climate appears as difficult-structured object of social-psychological cognition, namely as multiparametrical phenomenon of modern state education and at the same time as onthopsychological conclusion of other famous in psychology climate.
