The article describes how to teach to college students the technology of ped-agogical support as part of the pedagogical innovation course. This technol-ogy envisages subject-to subject interaction of participants and the use of methods of professional influence upon students. The purpose of using this technology in college is to form and to correct relationships in a family. The article describes different stages of realization of this technology, and defines timing of use of a role improvisation game during the process
