Педагогические условия формирования педагогического мастерства будущих педагогов профессионального обучения

The article deals with the actual problem of the formation of pedagogical skills of future pedagogue of the professional learning. The necessity of forming pedagogical skills of students on the basis of personalized activity and competency building approaches is proved. Author determines following pedagogical conditions of effective forming pedagogical skills of future pedagogue of the professional learning: implementation of authorial special course “Training of pedagogical skills”; forming of facilitative competence for future pedagogue of the professional learning
