Abstract

This article deals with the nature of teaching strategies aimed at overcoming the contradictions in teacher collaboration, the definition of the main activities of teachers to deal effectively with problem situations. The central idea of the article is to reveal the value of humanistic principles in the organization of pedagogical cooperation, reliance on individual personal qualities and characteristics of participants in the educational process
