Abstract
ABSTRACT In this present work of research the design of experimental work to be executed for formulation of experimental data based model for stirrup making operation by using human powered flywheel motor. This paper presents an experimental investigations and sequential classical experimentation technique has been used to perform experiments to establishment of stirrup making operation by using HPFM. An Attempt of minimum and maximum principle has been made to optimize the range bound process parameters for minimize the processing time, maximise the number of bends and maximize the processing torque. The influence of bending operation was studied experimentally by performing 144 experimental tests. By using experimental data various model is formed and comparison of these model with help of reliability, coefficient of determinate and sensitivity analysis is done.
