Abstract
The group of the patients (n=70) with the endogenomorphic depression was investigated, two groups with the positive therapeutic response to the psychopharmacotherapy (responders, remitters) are determined. The comparative analysis of the clinical features of the endogenomorphic depression between responders and remitters receiving monotherapy of the agomelatine (Valdoxan) was carried out; the clinical predictors of monotherapy efficiency of the agomelatine are determined.
