Abstract
This article is devoted to the cases of rare congenital pathology in children noted in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) over the last 5 years. The clinical current of syndrome, questions of diagnostics and treatment are considered in de-tail. The diagnosis is made on the basis of the clinical and radiological data revealing the return arrangement of lungs which is combined with a right-hand arrangement of heart, times with the return arrangement of abdominal organs, existence of signs of chronic bronchopulmonary process, purulent sinusitis, otitis with heavy current and fre-quent aggravations.
