Abstract
The cancer cases of a urinary bladder (CUB) are analyzed. The attention is paid to the separation of the malignant neoplasms in not-muscle-invasive and muscle-invasive that distinguishes them on approaches to treatment. The struc-ture of the surgeries made by 451 patients with CUB depending on a stage and prevalence of neoplastic process is presented. The expediency of a radical cystectomy with concurrent ileocystoplasty by the invasive types of malignant neoplasms of a urinary bladder is shown.
