HEART RATE VARIABILITY EVALUATION OF TRACK-AND-FIELD ATHLETES

In this article, the analysis of HRV factors of ECG 2475-minute fragments of 142 athletes, 93 males and 49 females at the age from 14 to 32 years old. The research was conducted with the usage of hardware-software complex “Kardi-otekhnika 04-M”, “Poli-Spektr ? 8E/8B”. According to the international standards the notes in which the source of rhythm was sinoatrial node are analyzed. The factors of HRV are analyzed. It is proved that during the cardiointerval recording evaluation there is a tendency of more intense exertion of regulatory systems according to the age incre-ment.
