THE RESULTS OF PHYSIOTHERAPY OF PATIENTS WITH DEVIATED SEPTUM OF TRAUMATIC GENESIS AFFECTED BY CRANIOCEREBERAL TRAUMA AT AN EARLY STAGE AFTER SEPTOPLASTY

Today the methods of physical therapy of patients with deviated nasal septum (DNS) in the early postoperative period after a septoplasty and consequences of withstand traumatic brain injury (TBI) are not developed. The research pur-pose: efficiency increase of treatment of patients with DNS of traumatic genesis, who withstood the combined injury of a nose and TBI, in the early period after septoplasty against standard conservative therapy, with use of methods of physical therapy ? sinusoidal modulated current (SMC) and ultrasound (US). Results: The patients with DNS, with-stood the TBI, have clinical and instrumental manifestations of the difficulties of nasal breath (DNB) and remote con-sequences of the withstood TBI, violations of nasal, cerebral and central hemodynamics. By persons with DNS of in-born genesis the signs of DNB and change of a nasal blood-groove were significantly less expressed, we were not ob-serving the clinical consequences of TBI, violations of cerebral and central hemodynamics. In the result of use of SMC trans-cerebral (bitemporal) and on the collar area and US on the area of a projection of dorsum of nose, the patients have the improved clinical state, the manifestations of DNB and morphological features of decrease in a blood-groove of a mucous membrane of a nose decreased, clinic-neurologic signs of concussion in the remote period, dop-plerographic signs of violations of a brain blood-groove and the frequency of occurrence of tachycardia are de-creased statistically more significant in comparison with dynamics by the patients, who did not receive the physical therapy.
