Abstract
The article deals with the retrospective observational prospective study analysis of acute postoperative renal injury aiming at determination of its severity level and occurrence. The authors determine the risk factors of acute postoper-ative renal injury development, advisability of usage of early substitutive renal therapy on the basis of indices of NGLA and cystatin renal troponins and the necessity of accounting operative measure complications.
