Forming of technological modernization strategy for regional industrial complexes of Ukraine

The aim of the article. The aim of the article is grounding the complex of organizational measures, operations and receptions, directed on development of technological modernization strategy for industry of territory, conditioned with current development level of science, technique and society.The results of the analysis. The incremental process for forming of technological modernization strategy of regional industrial complexes of Ukraine is presented in the article. It is based on the analysis and estimation of current status of processes of technological modernization of regional enterprises and on market activity level of technological infrastructure of regional industrial complex. This is the system of administrative and organizational decisions, directed on the change of material and technical base of regional industrial complex. The organizational and economic providing of the process of technological modernization of region industrial complex is formed in the article. It includes the aggregate dynamic procedures, methods and management instruments. The presented technology for development of technological modernization strategy includes the methodical grounds for determination of priorities in technological modernization of territorial industrial complex, which unlike existing is based on procedure of technological audit. The technological audit is given the possibility to estimate ability of analyzable cluster of enterprises to integrate new technologies and work with technological partners in accordance with the modern tendencies of scientific and technical progress.Conclusions and directions of further researches. Presented process of forming the technological modernization strategy for regional industrial complexes allows: to take into account the territorial differences; to estimate the socio-economic consequences of technological modernization and sensitiveness of economy of territory to internal technological differentiation; to choose the industrial objects, which need the support in the process of technological modernization; to determine the possibilities in stimulation of business structures to the leadthrough of technological modernization and volumes of the state financing of this process.The incremental process for forming of technological modernization strategy of regional industrial complexes can be used in the system of state administration territory for determination of priorities of modernization of regional industrial complex and realization of the flexible differentiated public economic policy in providing of modernization of economy in Ukraine.
