The influence of life cycle on financial and business risk in the firms listed in Tehran Stock Exchange

This study attempts to examine the relevance of influence of life cycle on financial and business risk in the firms accepted in Tehran Stock Exchange (TSE) and Compare the relative information content of them. Based on sampling, 85 firms from Tehran Stock Exchange were selected and examined during 2003 to 2010. The statistical findings indicated a significant relation between the firms’ life cycle and their financial risk, but no significant relation between the firms’ life cycle and their business risk.
