Abstract
This study evaluated facial parts where temperature change when mental work load using thermography. When Mental Work-load was given, autonomic nerves are active, and a skin surface temperature changes. In particular, part having intense this change is nasal part in a face. From this, previous studies evaluated MWL by nasal skin temperature until now. However, we had been considered whether the part with the temperature change exists by MWL in part except the nasal part. Therefore, in this study, it was intended that we identify the part with the temperature change any place other than nasal part. We perform experiment to acquire facial thermal imageries when subjects perform a mental arithmetic calculation task as MWL. It is aimed at identifying the part with the temperature change any place other than nasal part. As a result, as nasal part, I understood that lips performed temperature variation. In addition, the temperatures around the lips might increase.
